Join us for a short SUP lesson, 10-15min paddle out to calm, picturesque waters on the Northport Bay near a bird sanctuary followed by a 30-40 min. Pilates class anchored on our boards.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form or exercise. It is gentle, yet challenging. It is for everyone including those with injuries to professional athletes. Can you practice Pilates without equipment? Yes. We offer mat classes (mats are provided). If you do want to use equipment, is that possible? Yes.
There is nothing to be afraid of. We take care that each individual receives personal attention. Check out the testimonies page! Best idea is to come in for a private session and then get into a regimented practice.
